NNADI CHUKWUEBUKA OLISA
Nnadi Olisa hails from mbaitoli local government area of Imo State, Nigeria. He is a self coordinated individual who is reliable, result-focused, dynamic and optimistic with acknowledge seeking disposition having a quality educational and professional background.
In the year 2016, Nnadi attained his Bachelor of science B.sc certificate in Industrial Mathematics from the prestigious Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). He then proceeded to bag an Executive Masters in Agriculture Business Management from the world-class Rome Business School (RBS) in the year 2021.
Nnadi Olisa has honed his skills and competencies in understanding the art of proffering lasting solutions to challenges in an uncommon way. He has applied this across all disciplines he has worked on. He has a considerable number of years of solid experience in management, information technology, logistics, warehousing, supply chain. He started his early career life as a media and graphics director at Utopian Events, where he directed all media-related activities, logistics operations. He was responsible for leading the process strategy at Utopin Event solely to achieve and maintain the company’s goal.
Nnadi also worked with Africa’s e-commerce giant, Jumia as a marketplace operation/supply chain analyst, this role at Jumia enabled him to strategize with the team to generate effective ways to achieve faster and reliable operations for the company, draft documents to illustrate processed returns and responsible for carrying out operations involving users, process,es and products.
Shortly after Olisa has owned his competencies in process management and leadership, he proceeded to co-found a company with the name ROYAL CATAL LTD in the year 2018 where he served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Royal Catal Ltd is a logistic company focused on providing services that surround supply chain, haulage, and transport. As the COO, Olisa oversees the company’s overall operations, business development, and logistics/distribution.
In July 2021, Olisa founded Nutritive Agro Farm Limited. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. The company is an agricultural company providing agricultural services as well as covering food distribution across available consumers and equally offering real estate consultation services. He is responsible for the business development and operations,ensured farm produce meets desired health standards and policies, and was responsible for the company’s logistics operations.
Olisa has been awarded several certificates from well-recognized organizations some include a certificate on completion of the Health Safety at Work, levels 1, 2, and 3 from the British International Safety Organization, certificate of completion on Basic First Aid/CPR from Novelle Center, certificate of completion of Fire Safety and Risk Assessment from the department of petroleum resources and certificate on completion of Ethical Hacking.
His skills are well defined and they cut across areas directly related to operations, graphics, process flow and definition, problem-solving and strategy, Microsoft office suites, project management, communication, promotions, and marketing, and a few others.
He has competencies in prioritizing workload and working effectively in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting patience, determination, and persistence when solving problems, ability to work independently with little or no supervision, creating defining business opportunities and ability to manage a team effectively to achieve the team objective and goal.
He loves to engage in activities like reading, chess, scrabble, traveling, meditation, wellness, and photography. He has a great interest in Agriculture, Food, and Information Technology.
