I did not rape anyone. I’m glad I went to prison, writes actor Moses Armstrong.
Moses Armstrong, a Nollywood actor, has denied the rape charges leveled against him recently.
Armstrong, a former aide to Akwa Ibom State Governor Udom Emmanuel, was arrested last month for allegedly raping a minor he adopted.
He was charged with rape, intimidation, conspiracy, and providing drugs or instruments to obtain an abortion.
He was imprisoned, but on August 11, a High Court in the state granted him bail.
His friends flocked out to greet him as he was released from prison after fulfilling his bail condition. They also celebrated his release on social media.
Armstrong stated on his Facebook page yesterday, August 16, that he is not a rapist and that his time in prison was amazing because God was with him.
He wrote;
”#NoOneButGod….
Nothing Pass God..
If you believe, you will receive.
Nothing Pass God.
I did not rape nobody..
I don’t rape…
I have never raped…
And I will never rape.
I’m back stronger and better…
I’m happy I went to prison, God went with me.
The experience is awesome.
You will hear it soon.
Blessings to all of you Angels that believed in me.
Love you all deeply.
